To return your Item: Simply print out and fill out the RMA form, return item(s) must be received in its original “UNWORN” & “UNDAMAGED” condition within 30 days upon your receipt of the item to the address provided below. Please make sure to include the RMA form along with the returned merchandise. *Note we are unable to accept any Returns that are not in their original packaging, such as the original “Manufacturer’s retail box” accompanied by Protective outer corrugated box and all original packing materials.

* Note All returns are subject to a $2.99 (Per item) Processing Fee & a 10% Restocking Fee.

* Shipping and Handling fees are Not refundable.

*All sales are final for international orders and any Genuine Designer product totaling $50 or more in a single item order.

* Please note Any Return(s) that are received after 30 days is subject to a 35% Restocking Fee.

All returns worn, altered, or damaged in any ways are subject to a 75% restocking fee. All returns due to undeliverable addresses are subject to a 25% restocking fee

• If you are canceling an order for refund, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
• Please allow 3-4 weeks processing time for all returns.
• All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• All return(s) worn or altered in any way or form are subjected to a 75% restocking fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make changes to our policies at any time without further notice.
• All Returns due to Undeliverable Address a 25% Restocking Fee will be applied and S&H will NOT be refunded.
