Return Policy:

At Jade Boutique, customer satisfaction is top
priority for us. If for any reasons you are not
satisfied with our products, please follow the
procedures below to return your item for store credit or
refund. All items must be returned in its original
condition with the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)
form following the procedure below within 30
days after receipt of the item.
- Please email our customer support team at
support@jadeboutique.com with your first name, last
name, email, product description, as well as a brief
reason for return to obtain a RMA form.
- After you obtain the RMA form, please ship the
item back in its original condition with its original
packaging(such as the original box, dustbag,
authenticity card, etc) within 30 days. Return will
not be accepted if the item that is not in its
original condition and packaging.
- Please include the RMA form inside the return
package. Any returns without the RMA form cannot be
processed.
- For orders under $99.99,
NO RESTOCKING
fee will be applied for exchanges. For
refund, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
- For orders over $99.99:
NO RESTOCKING
fee will be applied for exchanges. For
refund, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
- You can use the store credit on any of our
products available on Jadeboutique.com with the same value,
or if the value of the exchange item(s) exceeds the
store credit, you may pay for the difference. There is
no time limit or expiration date on your store credit.
After we receive your return item, your return will be
processed and you will be notified by email once a
store credit or refund has been issued to you.
- If you are canceling an order for refund, a 25%
restocking fee will be applied. However if you are
canceling an order for store credit, no
restocking fee will be applied. You can use the store
credit on any of our products available on Jadeboutique.com
with the same value, or if the value of the exchange
item(s) exceeds the store credit, you may pay for the
difference. There is no time limit or expiration date
on your store credit.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks processing time for all returns and exchanges.
- All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- All return(s) worn or altered in any way are
subjected to a 75% restocking fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our
sole discretion. We reserve the right to make changes
to our policies at any time without further notice.
- Return/refund policy effective for all orders
placed on or after 11/25/2005.
