All Returns MUST be in their Original Unworn and Undamaged brand new condition, and returns must also be in their original (retail box), and with their all original packing materials, or a 75% Restocking Fee will apply. Returns will not be accepted unless they are shipped back in their original corrugated box (Shipping Box).

At Jade Boutique, customer satisfaction is top priority for us. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with our products, please follow the procedures below to return your item for store credit or refund. All items must be returned in its original condition with the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) form following the procedure below within 30 days after receipt of the item. By filling in and signing the RMA form you are authorizing Jade Boutique to process your Refund and have agreed to abide by all the conditions that have been stated in this RMA form.

• Print out this RMA form and, please ship the item back in its original condition with its original packaging (such as the original box, dustbag, authenticity card, etc) within 30 days. Return will Not be accepted if the item that is not in its original packaging.
• Please note Any Return(s) that are received after 30 days is subject to a 35% Restocking Fee.
• Please include this RMA form inside the return package. Any returns without the RMA form cannot be processed.
• An $2.99 per item processing fee will be applied to all refunds.
• A 10% Restocking fee will apply to ALL refunds
• All shipping and handling fees are Not refundable.
• All returns(s) worn or altered in any way are subject to a 75% restocking fee.
• All return(s) That are Not in their original packaging are subject to a 75% restocking fee.
• Please allow 3-4 weeks processing time for all returns and exchanges
